When you submit an enquiry through our Contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, who you're enquiring for, and any message you write.
We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. The only cookie we set is a short-lived, secure login session for our own admin staff when they sign in to view enquiries — it isn't used to track visitors.
Enquiries are stored in a secure database and are only visible to authorised Initial Care staff, who log in with a username and password to view them. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain accurate business records, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at Initialcarehomes@outlook.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
